Really likes the customer service and the detailed technical details of the repair. Hard to find good auto maintenance service these days but Tim, Harvey and the shop made sure I was a very happy customer with the suspension and tire repairs on my wife’s Jeep. First time using their service and will keep coming back.

I needed my tire pressure sensor replaced; they looked at the csr and gave a quote for the service. Upon completing the repair, they discovered that there was a sensor missaing on the front tire! I had to leave town for a funeral the next morning. Byrd Automotive added the 3rd sensor for free, as they had only quoted the repair at (2) sensors AND WANTED TO KEEP THEIR WORD. They even checked the air in the tires for me. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.
