I've been taking my vehicles to Byrd for years. They do thorough, accurate diagnostics and professional repairs with surprising speed. If you value pick up and drop off and a shop that fixes it right the first time, this is the place for you. If you want to save a few bucks and don't mind bringing your car back over and over for the same problem, then look elsewhere.

John went out of his way to manage costs and get the information from dealership needed to do that.constant updates and ability to get a rental car made it stellar. WOW!

I want to commend the management and staff for not only superior workmanship, being "on time" with transport, but a high level of integrity as well. There had been a legitimate mix-up on a quote, but they honored the original price because of this. It is too often that people do not fully trust vendors,but they have made a customer for life and I will recommend them to my friends.

Very polite and respectful (if that doesn't mean a lot to you, you're probably not a woman who takes her car in a lot). Everything suggested was a) a real thing that really happens in cars and b) something I already suspected might be wrong. Super fast service, lots of coupons available. I appreciate that they actively court people to review them online because it shows that they believe in doing their job well. No TV in the lobby, but I'm not such a big fan of CSI or the 24 hour news cycle to miss it, but you might want to remember to bring a book with you. I would send my mom there without worrying they'd take advantage of her.
