I completed a tire rotation, oil change and transmission fluid flush. I called ahead for an appointment and dropped my car off the night before. The work was competed professionally, but I was disappointed that despite my planning ahead my vehicle was not ready until 5:45 pm.

Dropped the car off for an alignment which was performed promptly and for the estimated price. Was quickly shuttled back to my home and the car was ready when promised. Great experience

anytime we come to byrds it is always good,,, this time we had to get our oil changed,,,didn't make and appointment and I had called them when I was trying to find the garage,,,and told them what I was coming for,,,told them that we were going away for the weekend and needed an oil change,,, even though they were busy,,,they fit me in,, and had me out in no time,,, it is always a pleasure doing business with byrds...

I was supposed to bring in my car the day before I did for an inspection. And completely forgot to! Angleo and John were great in rescheduling me for the next day. The car was ready when promised. In the course of the inspection, they replaced my wiper blades on my 2006 Altima. I pay more if someone else replaces them so I prefer to change them myself if it occurs to me to do so. It rained on me going into Houston that very evening. I could not have been more appreciative and grateful for the improvement made by those new wiper blades! Thanks, guys!
