I have used Byrd's twice. The first time was 3 years ago when my water pump went out in my Chevy Trailblazer. They were honest, quick and affordable. I most recently used them for my Chrysler 300. They checked it out and unfortunately my engine was toast. I informed them that I would probably just buy a new car, but that I come down and settle my bill for the diagnostics and to arrange towing the vehicle to a different location. Well they must have felt bad for me because they only charged me half of the diagnostic fee and only $75 for the towing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a local mechanic.

My main criterion for a quality experience is that the job is done well, and Byrd has never disappointed [not something I can say about others]. Unfailingly helpful, communicative, and reliable.
