Three car appointments...all started on time. All completed within or earlier than time quoted.

Prompt in making and honoring appointments. Ride home and car delivery is a wonderful "perc",especially for disabled ,elderly customers like me. Only item not done as requested this time was the car wash and detail. Inside of car was only" vaced" and the dash area was left dusty and dirty. Otherwise I was well pleased with work performed in the manner I am expecting from BYRD.

After just moving to TX from Northern VA I was looking for a service shop that gave the impression of being professionals. Even though my visit was only for some inspections. These folks will se me back, they are great, answered every question I had and got me back on the road fast. I don't mind paying for good automotive service but it is hard to find a place that knows what they are doing, can do everything and is flexible to the working persons schedule. This place is it.

Service was timely, effective, and cost was accurately estimated. They provided a courtesy car wash and vacuum upon returning the car and were very friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Today was wonderful. I dropped off my car, they did the service and did not come back with all sorts of extras that I needed. I had stopped for going for awhile because of that. Today was a nice relief and very pleasant. Thanks!
