Nobody wants their car to break down out of town, but it happens. I ended up here and it worked out very well. I was given a clear explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done. I was kept apprised about the timetable for repairs and was given a comprehensive billing summary. In particular, Cassandra was very helpful and responsive.
