Byrd was awesome! My car suddenly started smoking on the freeway and I pulled over and got my car towed to Byrd. They fixed the cracked radiator quickly and even left my car for me at a local Park and Ride when a late bus was going to get me in after-hours. Great customer service!

Another good job. I appreciate your customer friendly service. You have serviced our car since November 2014. We did a service each month to budget our expenses. You were kind to do that for us. We appreciated the car service as we have the one car and also the car wash when finished. Service was timely and no pressure from anyone. Will use again.

This was our 3rd visit to Byrd for repairs on our car. We appreciated the courtesy of transportation home and back to pick up car. Repairs were finished when they said they would be. We appreciated the opportunity to divide the repairs in 3 months as the cost was a lot for us. Byrd was courteous and seemed to appreciate the customer. Will continue to use them. We have a 2002 Mercury Gran Marquis and want to keep it updated.
