Appointment went smooth !

I brought my car in without an appointment & also had a headlight out on my vehicle. I was out in 1 1/2 hours without an appt. The waiting room was like a home setting with coffee to drink as I waited for my car. Bring a book an relax. :)

John and his mechanics were able to save me money with an after-market part that I feel confident will hold up as long as the more expensive factory part. They diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price that didn't change, did the work in the time specified, and were very courteous. Previous work done at Byrd was also outstanding. Love this home town business!

I brought my vehicle in to have the oil and belts changed, and to be inspected. The machine that does the inspections needed repaired. It was repaired early the next day and the vehicle was inspected. They have had problems with that machine previously. It must be real expensive to replace. I continue to go to Byrd because I believe them to be honest. I have had experiences with other repair facilities where had I not experienced what occurred first hand, I would have scarcely believed it. I wil continue to use Byrd and to recommend friends and family to Byrd. It'll be nice when they finish the road work on High Timbers.
